Shipping/Returns/Refunds

Africa Made Only Local Shipping

We send all orders using door-to-door courier delivery via our shipping partners Uafrica, Courier Guy, Dawn Wing & CourierIT and we charge a flat fee of R89(ZAR) for all deliveries in South Africa. 

We offer free delivery on orders in South Africa over the value of R599.

Our product is bespoke and assembled in Cape Town. Orders within Cape Town are usually delivered in 5 working days. Other major centres will be 7 - 10 working days. Outlying towns, regional areas and international can take between 10 - 20 working days respectively.

All pre orders can take up to 10 - 15 working days to be ready for shipping. Pre orders are out of stock items which are still in production. 

Free Returns

Please click here to arrange a return. We offer 1 free return per order and we will issue the exchange/return/refund once we have received the item and assessed its condition. Please note we have a 30 day returns policy from confirmation of delivery. Any returns post the 30 day period will not be honoured. 

Refunds

If you decide that you no longer want the item then please note we can only issue a refund if the item is unused. Please note we have a 30 day refund policy from confirmation of delivery. Any refunds post the 30 day period will not be honoured. In this instance please understand that we will ask for you to cover the cost of the courier back to us. We will issue the refund once we have received the item and assessed its condition. When issuing a refund we will process the refund back to you using the same payment method which was used for the order. Please note that refunds to credit cards can take 14 days to reflect back in your account.
